Creating a coaching experience that leads you to your astonishment is my goal!
My life's work with people connects me to the architecture of change, it's a remarkable, dynamic process! I marvel at the inspired moment when the light turned on in a soul, when people really see what they were "made and set here to do.”
I began my career by working with youth and college students. After completing a Masters in Counseling and beginning private practice, my own clarified gifts of strategy and design began to change my focus. I completed training in the entrepreneurial sector and began working with design thinking. But driving all of this change was the amazing idea that within everyone is a unique expression of calling. It powerfully captivated me. I shifted every aspect of my work to begin partnering with others as they explored their calling and watched as it began to clarify the career journeys and business ventures of those I served.
When the “ah-ha” of your vocation story arrives, growth and change accelerates! It's encoded in your DNA and it’s inescapable; engineering the "ah-ha" is my forte!
Through a collaborative partnership we can do greater things together beyond what you can do alone. That's why I call this work a Consortium; it’s a storied word that points to the power of collaboration to achieve greater things.
